I had a very, very nice stay at Himmapan Resort. it absolutely felt like great value for money. The location in Koh Phayam is relaxed and tranquil, with beautiful architecture and gardens all around. I loved that the resort felt secluded yet was close to everything. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the welcoming owner and staff.

I had a mixed experience at Himmapan Resort. The jungle setting is stunning and offers a unique atmosphere, but the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. While I appreciated the helpful staff and the comfortable bed, the presence of insects and lack of hot water detracted from my stay.

The bungalow was open to the jungle, which meant I was sharing my space with all sorts of critters. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par, as dirt was everywhere and made it hard to relax. The bathrooms were cleaned daily, but the overall condition of the room was disappointing.

Jay was super friendly and helpful right from my arrival. He provided great advice about the island and even took me out on his boat, which was a highlight of my trip. The laundry service was a nice touch too.
